Information for Student Participants

If you plan to participate in the URS, please read the URS Presenter Handbook carefully. This guide has all the information you need to know to successfully participate in the URS including:

Abstract submissions representing both on-going and completed research projects are welcome.

Before submitting your abstract, please be sure to know the following:

• Any funding sources involved in your research project. It is essential that the names of all sponsors are spelled correctly and consistently.
• The departmental affiliation, email address, and phone number of your primary research advisor and any additional advisors involved in the research project.

Note: Your abstract must be approved by your primary research advisor prior to submission.
